Taxi Aggregator Platform
Worked on creating a taxi app specifically for European countries, giving drivers control over metered fares while maintaining compliance. The app runs on both Android and iOS, using React Native, and offers seamless payments and pricing logic. We built an admin panel to manage everything behind the scenes.

First, the Metered Fare Module: Unlike standard taxi apps, I built this one so drivers can input the exact meter fare shown in Greece—ensuring compliance and flexibility.
Second, the Pricing & Search Logic: I developed a custom algorithm for matching rides efficiently and calculating fair pricing dynamically.
Third, Stripe-Powered Payments: Using Stripe Connect, I ensured a smooth payment flow for customers, drivers, and admins. Pre-authorization of fares ensures smooth billing before rides.
Finally, the Admin & Unique Routes: I also introduced geofencing for area restrictions and added a popular route feature—allowing fixed fares on common city routes. This keeps the app efficient and predictable.
